Delivery Process:

• Your Sauna will be delivered flat-packed in a palletized box, allowing for secure transport and easy handling upon arrival.

• The delivery includes all the components required for assembly, carefully packaged for protection.

• Once delivered, you can easily offload the sauna and begin assembly at your preferred location.

Assembly Details:

• The Sauna is designed for self-assembly, making setup simple and straightforward.

• If you’re comfortable with basic tools, assembly can typically be completed in 3 to 4 hours with the help of another person.

• For added convenience, professional installation services are also available — please contact us for a custom quote.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping fees depend on your location and order size. Final delivery costs will be calculated at checkout or provided by our team before your purchase is confirmed.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your sauna purchase.

• If your sauna arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or repair as needed.

• Returns are accepted for unused and unassembled saunas within 14 days of delivery.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
